Mr. Kimball graduated from Brigham
Young University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State
University Moritz College of Law in 2005. While in law school, he worked
for two years as an associate editor for the Ohio State Law Journal,
and he was also awarded by The Ohio State University a Foreign Language
and Area Studies Fellowship. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr.
Kimball clerked for a law firm specializing in real estate transactions
and development. Following graduation, he worked at a law firm
representing real estate developers and homeowners associations. However,
Mr. Kimball’s practice soon shifted to include insurance defense and
civil litigation, which is now his primary focus.
Mr. Kimball joined the firm in late 2010, where his practice
includes construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, insurance bad
faith, and general civil litigation defense.
Mr. Kimball is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado, the United
States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court
of Appeals. He is a member of the American, Colorado, and El Paso County Bar
Associations as well as the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense
Research Institute. Mr. Kimball speaks and writes Portuguese fluently, having spent two years as
a volunteer in São Paulo, Brazil.
